More than half of the people who participate in a shuttle find a job
The unemployed interested in looking for a job as a team through the Lorca job shuttle can still formalize their registration on the website of the Santa María la Real Foundation, which is responsible for organizing them together with the Employment and Training Service (SEF) ) and with the Telefónica Foundation.
It is also possible to register in the shuttles in person, at the offices of the SEF.
This group will consist of twenty participants and will start throughout the month of November.
The selected ones will meet several days a week and will be guided by a specialized technician in labor insertion.
In their hands, they will carry out emotional intelligence sessions, communication dynamics, personal branding, personal interview training, visits to companies, meetings with entrepreneurs and labor intermediation processes with Human Resources managers.
The participation in the shuttles increases remarkably the options of finding work of the unemployed, and in fact the index of labor insertion is superior to 50 percent.
Participation is open to people with different backgrounds, different work areas, with or without experience, or with special difficulties in accessing the labor market.
Likewise, it is not necessary to have a specific educational level.
