The Councilor for Sports of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, has reported the improvement work that has been carried out in recent weeks in the fitness room of the Sports Complex Felipe VI of Lorca with the aim of responding to the demands and suggestions from users.
The mayor recalled that "an important investment has been made in order to improve the performance of the weight room, meeting the indications and needs of those who frequent it on a daily basis to make it a more useful and better space In this way the works have consisted mainly in the extension and improvement of the functional work area, in addition to equipping it with work stations with free weight ".
Bayonas has detailed that "there has also been a restructuring of the machinery that already had this room, which have added other new devices that will allow specific work, all in order to provide a quality service and improve the benefits in the rush hours, when the influx of users is greater ".
"The intention," said the mayor of Sports, is that "users can find in this room everything they seek to improve their physical and muscular condition, being assisted at all times by specialized technicians who are graduates in Science Sports and that perform a study of the needs of each user ".
The weight room is from 7 to 23 hours from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm on Saturdays and from 9 am to 2 pm on Sundays and opening holidays.
