Marisol Sánchez demands that the City Council of Lorca undertake the necessary actions for the renovation of the entire premises of the social premises and all its surroundings, and establish a maintenance and cleaning plan continued in time according to the influx of public that has, as well as the need for increased vigilance that continue to be demanded by neighbors.
Sánchez Jódar also calls on Gil Jódar to comply once and for all with the commitment he made with the Feli road neighbors and to complete the lighting project for this road, which was promised more than a year and a half ago.
The deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Marisol Sanchez will again claim at the next plenary session to establish a schedule of actions aimed at renovating the municipal facilities of the district of Cazalla, specifically the social premises, the park annex and ultimately , the whole environment.
In addition, the PSOE will demand increased surveillance, both Civil Guard and Local Police for a greater number of troops for the safety and security of our neighbors districts.
Marisol Sánchez has stated that "as a result of the continuous visits we have made to the community on a regular basis with neighbors and collectives, we have first-hand knowledge of the main deficiencies and just demands that Cazalla presents today".
"It is bloody, and it jumps at sight, the lamentable state that presents / displays all this surroundings, that worries to us all and especially to the neighbors, who are the ones who in the end enjoy these facilities", pointed Sánchez Jódar.
"Lack of cleanliness, lack of maintenance and ultimately, what is missing is a greater commitment to the districts, to maintain these public facilities, which are all, in a minimum conditions," he adds.
Sánchez Jódar will demand in the Plenary to Gil Jódar that this calendar of actions be carried out based on the priorities established by the residents themselves, affected by this municipal neglect.
"What I ask Gil Jódar is that he meets right now with a representation of the different groups of the parish, in which he puts back on the table, as many times as necessary, all the demands they raise, so that According to the budgetary dispositions available, scheduled planning of the most urgent actions to be carried out is established, indicating the deadlines established for their execution ".
The PSOE demands a greater effort so that the neighbors can see improved their municipal facilities, since in addition they have been demanding for years the extension of the land of the current dependencies.
In the same way, Sánchez Jódar requests the repair of the fence of the football field and improvement of its pavement;
the repair of sidewalks and exterior coatings, the repair of the floor of the canteen, the lighting in the barbecue area as well as the repair of tables and kitchens, the revision and pruning of the trees.
In the same way, he asks that the cleaning and maintenance tasks increase, practically nil.
In the motion proposed by the PSOE, the express request is also included to carry out, as soon as possible, actions aimed at improving roads in the hamlet.
It is still necessary to execute the asphalting of the roads of Los Condes, Cruz de la Olivera, and the final part of the Feli Trail, the widening of the El Ronco Bridge Crossing and replacement of the electric transformer, as well as the adequacy and cleanliness of the shoulders of the Camino Feli and its conversion into Carril Bici to communicate it with the existing road in Águilas.

The PSOE will demand in the Plenary Session of the Town Hall that the public lighting projects, still pending, as in the Feli road and also in Vereda de los Seguras, the Águilas road, crossing the El Ronco bridge and also in Central Road, be completed.
"It is very necessary to undertake these actions, since in this task is to ensure the safety of these neighbors."
Among other actions, the PSOE will also claim improvements in the playground or the elimination of the old source, as well as the creation of new spaces such as a gerontogimnasia park for the elderly of the district.
