The councilor of Izquierda Unida-Verdes Lorca, Gloria Martin, has requested in writing to the Councilor for Development and Infrastructure, Isabel Casalduero, to meet "as urgently as possible" with the neighbors of the Camino Marín.
The next month of August will be one year of stoppage of the works of regeneration of this road, due to problems with ADIF and with the companies that must underground the electrical and telephony supplies.
"The neighbors deserve to be informed of the situation and given a definite date so that they can recover their normality after suffering the inconveniences of being forced to walk through an open street from end to end for months and months" said Martín .
On the other hand, the owners of the site annexed to this road also await a response to their request to cede land use to enable a public parking lot while the Partial Plan approved in 2009 is not developed. In said space it was announced that it would be enabled an important green area of ​​6,148 m², 223 parking spaces and that would be useful to the 4,588 m² for public facilities, currently untapped.
