What the CHS says, and the hidden PSOE, is that in the neighborhood of San Cristóbal in a period of 500 years it could rain and accumulate a meter of water, an affirmation for which there is no need to study much, by the way, that already knew from the first moment (as it appears in the maps of the CHS and the Ministry), and that simply supposes that that organism defines the corrective measures that allow to build the Center of Health, as it does in hundreds of these cases throughout our municipality.
We must point out that the CHS itself reported favorably on this same Action Unit to approve the General Municipal Management Plan (PGOM) in 2003 and allowed it to be established as a Residential Zone.
We must remember that these corrective measures allowed the PSOE to grant construction licenses in the neighborhood of San Cristóbal during his years in office.
The City Council, therefore, does not have to initiate any "new search", it simply has to demand from the CHS that it already define the corrective measures, as we are doing and the municipal technicians already told them.
We do not believe that it will cost you a lot of work, since precisely at the PSOE government stage, hundreds of new homes were built in the same area, without there being any problems or rejection by the CHS.
In the end we will have to think that the CHS allows it to be built in one place or not depending on the party that governs, and that would be very ugly.
The plot is NOT PURCHASED, "the price of the plot with the owners is not being adjusted," as the current mayor of Urbanism falsely asserts, but is obtained by direct occupation of the local system of free spaces, a method he would know if he asked his technicians, instead of demonstrating his supine and worrying ignorance.
The project was not "stopped in a box", as the current mayor of Urbanism says, it is alive, developing and more advanced than ever.
What you have to do is go to the CHS and complete the path that we have already left you, and if you do not know, recognize it and leave it to us, it will be better for Lorca.
The current mayor of Health could not be less than his partner at the time of lying, and has falsely claimed that "have never officially offered this site to the SMS", another lie that could have been saved simply by asking the technicians of his department , but, in imitation of the Town Planning councilor, he has not bothered to do either.
It is unpresentable that the PSOE not reserve a foot of land in the neighborhood of San Cristóbal to build equipment for their neighbors, and that despite all the urban agreements signed and the millions that were available.
