The workers and the Hospital give the Association for the care of people with generalized developmental disorders of the Region of Murcia 2,400 euros for the challenge #susiradas through the solidarity team # retoyosípuedo.

Rosa María Parra, member of the board of Astrade, accompanied by Maite Jiménez, general director of the association, went to the Virgen del Alcázar Hospital today along with several members of the Challenge team, I can receive this donation from the company and center workers, represented by their manager Mª Dolores Lafuente.

The Virgen del Alcázar Hospital has been collaborating for five years with the # retoyosípuedo as a sponsor, financing part of their equipment and donating the amount of 1,000 euros to the association to which the challenge sponsors each year, this time the #susmiradas Astrade challenge .

In addition, the workers collaborate with this cause in the Christmas food of the company, since a large Christmas basket is raffled with solidarity, committing the company to double the amount collected in the raffle to deliver all that money to the chosen NGO.

In this way, the initial 1,000 euros were converted during the meal into 2,400 euros donated thanks to the collaboration of workers and companies.

The Astrade association has been working in Lorca for 20 years with the aim of maximizing the capabilities of people with Autism Spectrum through comprehensive care, from prevention and specific intervention, to improve their quality of life.

The current goal of the association is to achieve its own space with the purpose of being able to cover in this area the needs of people with ASD and their families, avoiding a trip to Murcia or other locations.

And with that intention the #susmiradas challenge was born, whose commitment is to provide a minimum of € 8,000 for the implementation of the UIC, Integrated Unit in the Community, but also with the intention of facilitating the total integration of children from Astrade, facilitating their participation in the sport and accompanying them in their participation in popular races.
