7.2 of Decree Law 8/2020 of the Autonomous Community of Murcia ”.Ruiz Guillén has specified that "there has also been a significant number of complaints related to the celebration of parties, prohibited since last August 16 after the publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia of extraordinary measures such as the prohibition of consumption of alcohol on public roads, carrying out bottles, spontaneous parties and, in general, any non-regulated activity, in public or private spaces, which involve crowds and are not previously authorized.
Specifically, a total of 69 have been made for participating in parties, (of which 40 correspond to a single party and the other 29 for various celebrations), as well as two other complaints for organizing parties without security measures.Some figures to which are added another 16 complaints for smoking on public roads without respecting the minimum distance of two meters; seven complaints for non-compliance with the capacity of premises, in this case having to vacate several establishments where people were drinking without complying with the mandatory security measures.Ruiz Guillén added that “53 controls have been carried out; 374 the identified persons and 499 the controlled vehicles, in addition two persons have been arrested for exceeding the allowed limits of breathalyzer.The mayor of Citizen Security has highlighted that "it has been a weekend with an important work since the sanctions that we have taken so far have been doubled for non-compliance with the different regulations" and recalled that "from the Department of Citizen Security already Through the Lorca Local Police Corps, the surveillance and monitoring of those cases of contagion that must keep the mandatory quarantine period has been intensified, in collaboration with Public Health, from where they send us this information ”.Ruiz Guillén has also referred to the sanctions carried out specifically yesterday, Monday, August 24, where 10 complaints were registered for violation of the Citizen Coexistence Ordinance, specifically for the making of bottles that are prohibited, in addition to another 52 for failure to comply with the mandatory use of the mask, in a single day ”.On the other hand, the councilor has insisted that "all those who have tested positive for Coronavirus have to respect the quarantine period, for their health and safety, but also for that of all others, relatives, neighbors, friends and citizens in general to those that it puts at risk of being infected ”.The mayor of Citizen Security has also highlighted that with the data from this last weekend, "so far this month (1-23 August) a total of 285 complaints have been filed for non-compliance with the mandatory use of the mask by not to use it or for doing it incorrectly, thanks to the control tasks that are being carried out, both to pedestrians and to vehicle occupants, with the aim of monitoring correct compliance and thus interrupting the chain of infections by Covid- 19; and seven complaints for non-compliance with quarantines ”.More than 900 vehicles have been controlled, almost 1,200 people and 161 controls have been carried out with the main objective of ensuring that of mandatory measures, because what is at stake is the health and safety of all, and it is in hand of all, strictly complying with the rules established by the health authorities, that the infection rates, in our municipality, return to normal values ??”.José Luis Ruiz Guillén recalled that since last Thursday, August 20, with the publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) of the order of the Ministry of Health, the measures agreed between the Ministry and the City Council of Lorca to fight against the pandemic, which will be valid for 14 days, extendable depending on the situation, and among which the closing, at 10 p.m., of the gaming and betting rooms and the retail stores stands out.
