The Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment, through the Directorate General for Water, will end in the first week of March the works of two collectors sanitation Carraclaca and La Hoya, in the town of Lorca, which were awarded by amounting to 260,000 and 241,000 euros respectively.
The aim of this work is to provide network water drainage to areas that currently do not have this service needs to be expanded, and connect them to the existing collectors for transport to the respective treatment plants.

Collectors are the site of Carraclaca and Camp Road, and Camino Camino Ermita Vieja and Casa Castillo, with a length of 1,037 and 590 meters, respectively.
Both will carry wastewater to the existing collector which directs them to the treatment plant La Hoya.
They will serve about 650 and 360 people, respectively.
The actions include the installation of pipes, manholes, connections and replacement of affected services and paving the road for the running.
These works, financed through the European Cohesion Fund, are part of the objectives set by the Council in the II General Plan of cleansing and purifying of the Region of Murcia 2015 -2020, which aims to incorporate all agglomerations system debug the region.
