The national deputy of the Popular Party, Javier Ruano, announced this morning in Lorca, together with the mayor of the municipality, Fulgencio Gil, the presentation in the Congress of Deputies of a Non-Law Proposal to "maintain the 50% To the neighbors most affected by the earthquake ".
