The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, has announced that the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (ADIF) has opened a period of 15 days, starting from tomorrow, Friday, during which public information is submitted to the purposes of expropriation, the blueprint for Lorca leg platform - Almond, Mediterranean Corridor High Speed.
This is highlighted in an announcement that the Ministry of Development published today in the State Gazette which reports that, during this period, interested persons may provide in writing the appropriate data to correct any errors in the list of goods and rights affected by that work, which is included in that announcement, or to oppose, for reasons of form or substance, the need of occupation.
The documentation for the expropriation may be examined in the towns of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras in the Government Office and the Directorate of Studies and Projects for High Speed.
