The political party "Ciudalor" has made known to the Chief Prosecutor of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia Murcia Region, alleged abuses that would be making in the demolition of buildings affected by the May 11 earthquake.
The party president Antonio Mecca has made available to the prosecution, documentation that might demonstrate that the amounts budgeted for the execution of demolition, may be abusive, with consequent damage to the credibility of the citizens and communities of neighbors to which management refuses to pay the demolition costs out of time considering them.
Ciudalor has agreed with the prosecution continue to provide documentation that may be useful for research, so that nobody can abuse the terrible misfortune that we are suffering the Lorca.
Among the documents is contained in the complaint concerning the demolition of a building under budget and two plants whose demolition has been valued at € 214,000, more than 35 million pesetas, an amount that exceeds the previous budget construction and demolition new work requested by the owner before the earthquake.
Ciudalor invites all citizens to provide all the documentation they deem appropriate and which may be of interest to the investigation of these alleged abusive practices.
