More than 400 students from 9 schools participating this year Lorca in the School of Theatre Exhibition (27/05/2010)

The Councillor for Education of the City of Lorca, José Joaquín Peñarrubia, has reported that more than 400 students from 9 schools in our municipal taking part this year in the School Theatre Festival "Theatre War", now in its thirteenth edition and takes place in that stage of the Plaza de Calderón.

This year, in particular the next day 2 and as a finishing touch to this event.

Delivery will take place honorable mention XIII School Theatre Competition "War Theater" 2010 at the Association of Performing Arts Production in the Region of Murcia "Murciaescena" for the magnificent work done in children's theater Murciano.

The participating schools are:

- San Jose with the play entitled "Who says no to drugs?" By Ricardo Alcantara and the book "The Planting" with the direction of Juana M ª Alonso Viñegla and Trinidad Mouliaá Correas.

- Colegio "Ciudad del Sol" with the play "The Pirate Josefina, Carmen Gil.

- Colegio Andrés García Soler, with the play "The Country of the sincere" Gaston Quiroga (as adapted from Fuentes Nacho Sala).

- Colegio San Cristóbal, with the play "Lights, Camera Action", Sofia Fernández Pérez, and the play "Momo" Benito Gomez Gallego, under the leadership of Benito Gómez Gallego.

- Colegio Juan Gonzalez, the play "Our Mother Earth" by Sofia Fernandez.

- Cesp Virgen De Las Huertas, with the play "The Traspires Alicia Paf" Gianni Rodari, under the direction of Helen Flores Ramirez, and the play "The Doctor Vinaigrette and gentlemen's hairdresser, a self-directed adaptation by Rafael Ruiz Castillo.

Also with the play "Grease", based on his own adaptation of the musical.

- CEIP Almendricos, with the play "The Band of the Brave" by Juan Ramón Barat, under the direction of Maria José Artero Mena.

- CEIP Villaespesa to play "Biography of Miguel Hernández through his poetry" by Miguel Hernández.

Address: Dorothy Joaquina Lopez Torres, Carmen Campoy Pintado and Silvia Diaz Gomez.

- Colegio Andrés García Soler, with the play "The Pied Piper of Hamelin" by the Brothers Grimm, in the adaptation of Sofia Fernandez.

- College Perez De Hita to play "The things of direct" Fernando Almena, as adapted by Sofia Fernandez.
