This resolution, included at the proposal of the PSOE in the debate of the State of the Region of Murcia, went ahead with the favorable vote of all parties in the highest body of civic representation of the Region of Murcia, so the responsibility to archive the records is in the hands of the Regional Government of Lorca López Miras

The Spokesman of the PSOE in Lorca, Diego José Mateos thanked all political forces for supporting the request made by the Socialist Party during the State debate in the region.

At the proposal of the PSOE, and thanks to the unanimous support of the regional chamber, it was approved to ask the Regional Government to resolve "immediately" the files of those affected by the earthquakes that have shown, through a technical report, that they invested their aid in the repair or reconstruction of their homes.

In this way, the PSOE "coló" between the great challenges facing the Region of Murcia this problem that they consider "urgent" and that "must be cut" to "shelve" the earthquake of Lorca and the despair of thousands of families.

Mateos says it is a "big step" to end the "Calvary" for which, seven years later, those affected by the earthquake in Lorca continue to suffer "all these years later and due to mismanagement and lack of transparency of administrations now, face this problem.

Diego José Mateos highlighted the leadership of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, and the figure of Deputy Isabel Casalduero to get this issue back to the Regional Assembly and could be addressed in the debate on the state of the Region of Murcia.

Symptom, he says, of the concern and the "maximum interest" that the socialists have shown from the beginning to those affected by the return of aid.

For its part, Isabel Casalduero stressed that you can not continue to turn away from the insecurity and concern that hundreds of Lorca still suffer as a result of the wounds of the earthquake that are still open.

With the approval of this initiative, the PSOE's support was clear and, above all, to what extent the rest of the parties agreed on this issue.

Now, Casalduero emphasizes, "the ball is directly on the roof of the Regional Government of López Miras, since the agreement of the regional chamber, where the citizens are represented, was clear: it is fair to be archived in a definitive way the files of those affected that have shown or demonstrate, through technical reports, that the aid is invested in the repair of the houses.

For his part, Mateos has recalled that they have already agreed on a next meeting between the government delegate and those affected by the return of the aid, which will be held "immediately and as soon as the new Government Delegate takes office."
