The Councilor for Sports of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, has presented this morning with Ignacio Simancas, director of the Lorca Golf Course - Alze Golf, the 3rd round of the 'Lorca Golf Course 2018 Circuit' to be held on Saturday 30 June at the facilities of the Lorca Golf Course, sponsored for the third consecutive year by the City of Lorca.
The Councilor for Sports recalled that "this event is included in the Circuit of Lorca Golf Course, which has 7 tests that are carried out throughout the year 2018, this being one of the most important .This circuit is characterized by its excellent prizes for the winners of the accumulated of the five best tournaments, having an amount of prizes of more than € 10,000 to be distributed among all the winners of the different events and the Circuit ".
For his part, Ignacio Simancas has indicated that "the tournament will be played in the individual Stableford modality, a very attractive game modality so that all players can feel comfortable in the field regardless of their level".
He also thanked the Councilor for Sports, Juan Miguel Bayonas, his support for this type of sporting events that are very important for the development of golf in the town and the Lorca Golf Club to include it in its tournament calendar of 2018.
It will start at 9 o'clock in the morning and end at about 2 o'clock.
It will count with the participation of more than 80 local players and from the surroundings of Lorca, from the categories 1st knights (up to 18.5), 2nd knights (up to 18.6), and ladies category (minimum five participants to establish it).
In addition, during the tour players can taste refreshment with typical products of the area and refresh with drinks.
There will also be raffles for gifts.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for 2:30 pm where the work of all the winners will be recognized and the prizes of each category will be awarded.
The prices to participate will be 20 euros for the members of Lorca Golf Course, 35 euros for members of the Lorca Golf Club and 40 euros for the general public.
