The Councilor for Public Safety of the City of Lorca, Belén Pérez Martínez, has announced two actions of interest developed by agents of the UPROL Unit within the security prevention operations that are usually carried out and that have resulted in the arrest of three people.
The first event took place on Thursday, June 21, at the point of Puntas de Calnegre, when a joint operation of the UPROL Unit and the Judicial Police Brigade of the National Police Corps of Lorca resulted in the arrest of an individual of Moroccan nationality belonging to a criminal organization whose members are specialized in home theft.
On this person fell four orders of search and capture, issued by different courts of the Spanish geography.
The joint work carried out by the Local Police of Lorca and the National Police Force made possible the immediate arrest and judicial disposition of the detainee, who has a history of house burglary due to acts committed in Lorca, Totana, Águilas, Alhama de Murcia and several other cities in Murcia and Almeria.
The person accompanying him was also arrested for violating the Immigration Law.
As for the second performance, it took place on Friday June 22 in the town of Lorca.
Members of the UPROL unit located an individual who has numerous criminal records and on whom fell a search warrant and arrest issued by a Court of Almeria, proceeding to his arrest and making available to the judicial authority.
