Sosa has lamented that some neighbors, preceptors of public aid and regular users of municipal social services, are precisely the cause of this situation.
Therefore, he has demanded that they respond "with civility and respect" to the support and solidarity they receive from public administrations.
He has also asked the owners of the houses, which are in a state of ruin and that have become authentic garbage dumps, to proceed to the immediate fulfillment of the municipal ordinances and proceed to their cleaning and consolidation of their structures.
"Some are from banks and others from well-to-do people," said Sosa, who has blamed them for the "misfortunes" that could occur in the event of a collapse or the spread of infections.
"If they do not do it, the City must act in a subsidiary way urgently and then demand the payment of the expenses incurred," he has ruled.
