The regional Secretary General and National Secretary of New Generations Associations, Pablo Robles, has been appointed President of the Organizing Committee.

The castle enclosure of Lorca will host next Saturday, October 6 at 10 in the morning the Congress of the Popular Party of the city, following the proposed agreement by this political formation to the regional PP.

This is an appointment that will be designed by the Organizing Committee appointed for that purpose at the meeting of the local Board of Directors that has been held this afternoon at its headquarters.

The aforementioned Committee will be chaired by Pablo Robles Fernández (Autonomous Secretary General and National Secretary of New Generations Associations), being Vice President Paloma Recio Bernardez (Former Director of the Women's Institute), acting as Secretary Joaquín Ruiz Montalván (Secretary of PP Lorca and general director of the Ministry of Agriculture), while Fulgencio Méndez (mayor pedáneo de Morata) and María del Carmen Ruiz Jódar (councilor for Health, Commerce and Consumption) make up the members.

The President of the Organizing Committee has stated that this event will constitute the XV Local Congress of the Lorca PP, for which the most important patrimonial symbol of our city, such as the castle, has been chosen as the setting.

We are talking about a working appointment in which the structures of the party will be renewed, following the dynamics of empowerment that the Popular Party is chaining after the celebration of the regional and national congresses.

Pablo Robles has stressed that the project that the PP Lorca is materializing in our municipality has been overcoming stages and getting the most outstanding investments in our recent history.

As more outstanding examples for the achievement of the New Lorca that we are raising among all we can mention the urban renewal that is being executed in our streets, the improvement of the communication network with our districts, in addition, of the construction of city infrastructures so important and unanimously claimed as are the cases of the round of circulation and the center of fairs and congresses of Santa Quiteria, as main examples.

Now is the time to redouble efforts for Lorca, to continue generating employment, lowering taxes and fighting for the culmination of a National Water Pact.
