Councilwoman of Consumption of the City of Lorca, Maria del Carmen Ruiz, reported this morning that the Municipal Service of Consumer Inspection, one of the work areas of the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC), is making during the year inspector appearances in the establishments with the objective of providing information to the retail trade, as well as transferring the regulatory rules of the scope of consumption both to these and to consumers.

María del Carmen Ruiz pointed out that "the technicians of this municipal service have carried out until August of August 53 inspections that have ended with the drawing up of the minutes, although it should be noted that a large number of inspections have been carried out that have not The minutes were drawn up, since everything was in order, and at the request of the OMIC there have also been several inspections based on the claims filed by the users in front of various establishments and in which reality and certainty have been verified. of the complainants' arguments. "

7 units of the product "Safety footwear, brand SOFTHIT (references MD9051, MD9052, MD9055, MD9057 and MD9058)" for risk of injury.

8 units of the product "Metal scooter, unmarked, item No. 11-SC0015" for risk of various injuries.

5 units of the product "Guitar toy" Music ", Mark Toys brand (reference 0787-N ° RJ002) for risk of suffocation.

16 units of the product "Luz de noche, Tecnolux brand, model White" for risk of electric shock.
