The Councilman of Emergencies of the City council of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, has supervised this morning the works of emergency that the Lorca Consistory is developing in the facade and the cover of a house located in the street Almirante Aguilar that underwent the last week detachments with the objective of reopening said street today to pedestrians.

The Councilor for Emergencies, in this regard, explained that "to carry out this action, the City has established a technical team to this effect composed of members of the Municipal Emergency Service and the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers, as well as officials belonging to the Municipal Electricity Service and the Town Planning Department, specifically a technical architect and an architect The objective of this action is to check the state of the façade and the roof of the building, as well as to clean up and consolidate the damage existing and reopen the street pedestrian traffic without risk to citizens and for traders in the area to exercise their professional work without any impediment.

Bayonas added that "in addition, in the coming days from the Department of Urban Planning will issue an enforcement order to the owner of the property to undertake the necessary work for the maintenance of the building, especially in the facade and the deck.
