Last days to register for the new edition of the employment shuttle, which will allow 20 unemployed people to optimize their job search (22/10/2018)

On October 31 the deadline for the unemployed people of Lorca to sign up for the next Employment Shuttle in the city ends.

It will serve to help unemployed people to have new possibilities of employment.

The Local Development Councilor in the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez, has reported that the next Lorca Employment Shuttle will start in November and will help 20 unemployed people to improve their professional skills and train a new job search in equipment, according to the new characteristics of the current labor market.

The program will be promoted by the Santa María la Real Foundation, Fundación Telefónica, the Government of the Region of Murcia and the City of Lorca;

and will be co-financed by the European Social Fund, within the POISES operational program.

The Local Development Council has said that we are talking about an initiative for unemployed people between the ages of 18 and 60, of any educational level (ESO, Vocational Training, Baccalaureate, as well as university diplomas or degrees) and from of any labor sector, whether or not they have previous experience.

Those interested in participating in the program, free and voluntary, have until October 31 * to register through the web of Lanzaderas (http://www.lanzaderasdeempleo.es/formulario-de-inscripcion) or in face-to-face format, requesting and submitting the corresponding form at the Employment Office (C / Diego Pallarés Cachá, s / n) or at the Local Development Center of Lorca (Alameda de Cervantes, 30), from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

They may also request additional information by telephone 968 468 741 and 968 464 122, respectively.

The 20 people that are selected will meet several days a week in premises given free of charge by the City Council.

With the guidance and guidance of a specialized technician, they will carry out various activities to optimize their job search: workshops on self-knowledge and emotional intelligence, communication dynamics, personal branding and job search 2.0;

personal interview training;

Preparation of employability maps and visits to companies.

Sandra Martinez explained that the team is essential to overcome the loneliness of unemployment, recover motivation and undertake a search for more active, professional and effective work.

With these norms or requirements we pursue that each shuttle is integrated by a very varied and heterogeneous group of people.

In this way, its members do not compete with each other for a job offer, but share knowledge and experiences, and help each other to find work collaboratively.
