The executive secretaries of Justice and Equality of the Popular Party of Lorca, Javier Campoy and Juan Francisco Martínez, have informed that this political formation has undertaken an institutional initiative to claim a battery of improvements for the justice service of the Lorca that includes as main claims the immediate creation of a new Court in the Judicial District of Lorca, n ° 8, an authentic need derived from the problems and delays that accumulate in the judicial offices of our municipality.
Since the PP Lorca, given the number of judicial bodies of the judicial party and its dispersion, will demand a new order that would improve this service, proceeding to the establishment of 5 of First Instance of Civil and 3 of Criminal Instruction.
This is a proposal that we believe will contribute to a better provision of this work to all citizens, although we remain open to alternatives that may be transferred to us from the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ).
The PP, with the same stated purpose, is committed to the transformation of one of the criminal courts into an exclusive one to address issues arising from violence against women, which will entail the provision of the specialty for the reason of the matter, as well as the incorporation in the shortest possible time of a Prosecutor specialized in gender violence.
The popular Lorca demand the complementation of the assistance services in the field of gender violence and counseling to the victims, with the creation of a sub-directorate of Integral Forensic Valuation of Violence against Women, in the same way that already exists in the Judicial Party of Cartagena and where the parties of Lorca and Totana will be included.
Likewise and as the beginning of a wide judicial seat in the Region of Murcia, whose seat has to be the city of Lorca by population and infrastructure, we demand the immediate creation of a Social Court, with the sole purpose that the citizen, in a situation of labor conflict, you do not have to travel to the regional capital on several occasions, along with the creation of the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service (SMAC) that will be moved periodically to Lorca, or with permanent headquarters and which will be included the affairs of the judicial parties of Lorca and Totana, in order to comply with the ratios recommended by the Ministry.
PP Lorca has stressed that these demands are aimed at improving the provision of justice service in our municipality, given that Lorca accumulates a considerable delay in the resolution of civil and criminal conflicts.
Added to this is the fact that a new Court has not been created in this Judicial Party, which includes Lorca, Águilas and Puerto Lumbreras.
The popular Lorca have stressed that this series of measures are necessary to normalize the administration of public justice with quality to all Lorca.
We are talking about measures raised from the full institutional loyalty, which we will transfer from all the municipalities of the region, addressed to the Central Government, through the Ministry of Justice, transferring these to the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia and the Regional Government .
