New magnetic resonance service and more radiology means for Lorca.
María del Carmen Ruiz explained that work is currently being done to improve the battery of technical resources in terms of radiology with which service is provided to Lorca.
In fact, we have had good news in this regard, such as the tender for the works aimed at adapting the magnetic resonance area, as well as the acquisition of new radiology systems for users of the Rafael Méndez Hospital, Specialties Center Santa Rosa de Lima, in addition to those who will serve the residents of Águilas and Totana.

First interventions for patients with morbid obesity.

The investments to improve the facilities in Santa Rosa de Lima will add, in addition, the enabling of a new access, on the street, more comfortable and better for its users.
It will mean a radical change, suppressing the current stairs.
Transitoryly, while the works are being executed, a temporary ramp will be available to access the Center.
These works will be resumed when the ongoing archaeological work is finished, as remains of an eighteenth-century road, specifically a small pavement, have appeared.
