The Councilor for Economy and Finance in the City of Lorca, Juan Francisco Martínez, has encouraged all Lorca to benefit from the advantages offered by the Personalized Tax Plan.
It should be noted that to date the number of citizens who have already adhered to this system is 1,683.
Juan Francisco Martínez has pointed out that "it is a tool that makes each taxpayer's taxpayer more flexible." This mechanism has been available to Lorca since January 2015, and allows for the fractionation of taxes such as tax (IBI), the stamp of the car (IVTM), the entry and exit of vehicles (EVyRE), as well as the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE), up to 12 monthly installments without paying interest, for this, all these payments will be domiciled in a Same account".
The Councilor for Economy and Finance explained that "this tax advantage is a considerable improvement and offers the taxpayer more facilities when paying their taxes." It is a formula that offers the possibility of making fractionated payments of most taxes. periodic collection in 12, 6, 4 and 2 terms.This municipal decision was once a boost in the goal of bringing the administration to the citizen and is the consequence of other tax collection systems that have received a good reception among Lorca because it facilitates the payment of their taxes ".
Martínez Carrasco said that "citizens will be able to benefit from the new Personalized Tax Payment Plan until next Friday, November 30. Through this initiative, the taxpayer will be able to split his payments into four modalities, as follows:
2 installments (whose collection will be made on June 5 and November 5).
4 installments (whose payment will be made on February 5, May 5, August 5 and November 5).
6 installments (whose collection will be made on February 5, April 5, June 5, August 5, October 5 and December 5).
12 installments (whose collection will be made on the 5th of each month, from January 5 to December 5) ".
Edil de Economía has detailed that "this type of payment in installments, offers an individualized plan to the letter that fits the situation of each family." To qualify for the Personalized Payment Plan, interested persons simply have to submit their application via face-to-face (General Register of the Town Hall) or by electronic means (Electronic Registry of the Citizen's Portal, saving the fee of € 1.55) and indicate the bank account in which they want to direct their receipts, accompanying the form that can be downloaded at: https://www.lorca.es/ficheros/File/tramites/tramite.asp?tramite=125&id=542
Juan Francisco Martínez explained that "an estimate of the amount of installments is made, so that the amount of the last installment is constituted by the difference between the amount of the receipts corresponding to the fiscal year and the amounts paid in the previous installments. This form does not charge late interest, and the citizen also has the option to make the payment only once, causing the Plan to leave at any time ".
