Citizens has submitted a letter yesterday requesting to know the list of workers hired by the company Limusa belonging to the job board, after the award of the places in the last job and the selection criteria followed for the election of these contracted workers.

According to the internal instructions of selection of human resources of the company Limusa and in the bases of the call of selection of personnel of 2018, after the admission of aspirants, the test of general and specific knowledge and the practical test, the final phase consists of a personal interview

According to Antonio Meca "the only criterion that the company has used for the hiring of the workers of the labor exchange is 'the finger', since they are not considered nor take into account the qualifications obtained in the selection processes".

"We have repeatedly requested access to the exams and we have been denied, even with the order of the Commercial Court of Murcia, which means that we can not know the qualifications obtained," says Councilman.

In any opposition the qualifications of the candidates are published and if there is a personal interview, it will be part of the final grade in a low proportion;

"But we do not know of any case in which the personal interview is the only test that dictates the admission of a worker, as it is a purely subjective criterion" concludes Meca.
