Francisco José Campos, as Secretary General of Podemos Lorca, wants to convey to the City Council his concern about the reasons for the dismissal of the employee who, during the end of the government stage of the socialist party, uncovered a web of corruption within Limusa that final was served in a prison sentence for which he was his manager at that time;

He is dismissed with an agreed indemnity of 150,000 euros without specifying the reason for this decision.

From the public company have not been given the appropriate explanations on whether it is a disciplinary dismissal or dismissal for objective reasons;

in both cases, we consider that, both the public company and the management of the consistory, incur a lack of undeserved transparency for the citizens of Lorca since both hypotheses have economic repercussions.

In the first place, it is not clear if the administration has acted correctly from the disciplinary point of view and, secondly, the public company does not clarify that it dismissed the worker for objective reasons, which causes a suspicious legal limbo that will cost to the Lorca the amount of 150,000 euros.

From this political formation we remind the City Council that it is obliged to act under criteria of effectiveness, efficiency and transparency;

so in the matter of dismissal we request a greater and better level of information in order to clarify what was the real reason for it and therefore dispel any doubt that may arise in that it is a possible concealed payment for a favor that is still pending collection.
