The day "I am young, I am a future" brings together in La Hoya more than 400 young farmers of the Region with the objective of modernizing this strategic sector (18/02/2019)

The Councilor for Agriculture of the City of Lorca, Angel Meca, has participated this morning with the Councilor for Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the CARM, Miguel Angel of Love, in the day 'I am young.

I am future ', held in the hamlet of La Hoya, and where it has been announced that the Regional Government will allocate 10 million to modernize and make more competitive the facilities of farmers and ranchers.

Mecca has added that "within this measure are also collected aid for soil improvement, start-up and new plantings, livestock and rural buildings, driers, machinery, phytosanitary treatment equipment, seeders, apiculture or beekeeping trucks, as well as the option of incorporate renewable energy to their farms, in order to make them more competitive by reducing energy costs In the livestock field, beneficiaries can improve the storage of slurry with tanks, invest in energy savings with photovoltaic solar panel systems, ventilation systems on farms with artificial air conditioning, parameter control systems such as temperature, humidity or ammonia and automatic drinkers ".

The Minister of Agriculture has insisted that "agriculture and livestock is what is ours, it is our tradition, it is our strength and also our future."
