The spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Diego José Mateos has asked Gil Jódar to order the Councilman of Limusa, Mr. Martínez Carrasco to allow and make it possible to access and consult the examinations of the selection processes.
"They have in their hand to stop this whole process: if they let us see these exams, we will not have any problem in withdrawing the demand, but we do not understand what they have to hide".
The CEO of Limusa, as legal representative of the public company, is called to declare this next Monday, March 4.
This has been considered by the Commercial Court number 1 of Murcia, after "seeing signs" following the complaint that the Municipal Socialist Group was forced to interpose, after Gil Jódar and Martínez Carrasco, as President and CEO of Limusa, respectively, denied the PSOE spokesperson access and consultation of the examinations related to the personnel selection processes of the municipal cleaning company.
Specifically, three places for the interior cleaning service, three places for cleaning pawns, one cleaning driver's seat, one administrative assistant's seat and one driver's seat for the ORA service.
"We do not doubt the process, nor the technicians who have participated in its development, much less the workers who already occupy their positions, but we do not understand why the mayor and his councilor refuse to make public information that, as councilor and as members of the Board of Directors, it belongs to us. "
"I insist, if you have nothing to hide, we do not understand why we are denied this information."
Mateos recalled that this documentation was requested prior to the celebration of the Board of Directors in which the approval of several personnel selection processes of the municipal company of Limusa was voted.
"We could not vote in favor of something about what they refuse to give us the information we asked for, precisely to be able to assess whether it was valid or not."
The mayoral candidate has reiterated that "we are in time to stop all this process, and certainly, to prevent the Councilor of Limusa have to go to court to testify."
Mateos has insisted that "it is in the councilman's hand and ultimately the mayor, because if Gil Jódar wanted, he would order his council to deliver the information we have requested."
Mateos says he has no impediment "in withdrawing the lawsuit, and even apologizing" if Councilman Limusa show the information requested, and even if we were not right.
