Citizens will present at the next regular plenary session to celebrate tomorrow, a question regarding the procedure that has been followed for the disposal and occupation of the land of a private property taking advantage of the works of expansion of a road in the deputation of La Pulgara, given that The owners have not been informed or consulted.
The property is located on the Camino de Castejón (after passing the headquarters of the Association of Neighbors) where they are carrying out some works of conditioning the road, and according to Antonio Mecca "has come to occupy part of this particular property without asking any kind of permission or inform their owners, appropriating 105.4 square meters with this remodeling leaving even the entrance to this farm completely impracticable ".
The councilman claims to ignore the reason for this possible misappropriation, "because no one has served to report this issue to their owners and it is totally incomprehensible to act arbitrarily against legitimate private property as it could be violating the rights of these neighbors".
