Diego José Mateos asks that technicians of the company and of the Autonomous Community supervise, together with a representation of neighbors, the completion of the 15 buildings after the works to order their immediate repair.

In addition, it demands that the sureties not be returned to the companies responsible for the works until they repair each and every one of the detected damages

The candidate for Mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos has requested the review of the numerous defects that residents denounce in the buildings of San Fernando.

"Although there is no perfect work, after eight long years invested for the reconstruction of the neighborhood, it is not for the neighbors to endure all the defects they denounce."

Mateos has requested that the state of completion of the fifteen buildings after the works be reviewed in an "exhaustive" manner and, of course, that the bonds provided by the companies responsible for the works are not returned until all the detected damages are repaired, and those others that may arise in the future.

"It is now when technicians of the Autonomous Community together with those of the company in charge of the works have to go hand in hand with the neighbors to review the completion, and analyze all the damages they have begun to detect now that they are entering their homes , to order their repair immediately. "

As Mateos has learned, as a result of the neighborhood complaints, "we are talking about improper damage to new homes, newly built."

"The neighbors have detected leaks in the ground and especially in the underground garages, as well as damage to the finishes of the community spaces."
