The Department of Health installed an information table to warn about the negative effects of smoking on the occasion of the commemoration of the World No Tobacco Day (31/05/2019)

The Councilor for Health of the City of Lorca, María del Carmen Ruiz Jódar, has visited the information table installed in the Alameda de la Constitución on the occasion of the commemoration of the World No Tobacco Day, which takes place today May 31 as established by the World Organization of Health and that this time carries the slogan "Do not let tobacco take your breath. Choose health, not tobacco."

"The objective," said Ruiz Jódar, "is to inform the population about the recommendations to follow to stop smoking, as well as to inform them about the negative effects on health that tobacco has."
