Within the preventive and operational response actions that are carried out by the Local Police Corps, members of the Local Operational Response and Prevention Unit (UPROL), have proceeded to locate and identify three people for performing graffiti a several train cars located in Sutullena Station.

The police action was carried out at 03.08 hours, early morning of last Tuesday, June 18 of this year, when notice was received in the Operational Room of Local Police of Lorca, in which it was reported that several individuals were proceeding to paint the wagons of the train located on the tracks of the station.

Several Local Police crews were sent to the place, at the same time that, given the extent of the area of ​​occurrence of the events and the large number of possible escape routes, support was requested from the National Police Force, to try to locate and frustrate the damages to the aforementioned railway units.

Once in the area, one of the patrols surprised an individual who performed a large graffiti on one of the wagons, carrying several sprays, numerous nozzles of different sizes, a sketch similar to the painting that was ending on the side and crystals of the aforementioned wagon, while another person recorded the action of the graffiti artist.

After being surprised, they quickly fled the scene, being followed on foot by the local police agents who caught up with them in a street near the scene.

After that, the Agents made a whipping on the scene of the events where they located two bags and a box containing 17 other sprays of different colors, also checking that there were two wagons, whose sides were freshly painted, as it was remarkable to the senses the smell of paint they gave off.

Similarly, was located the vehicle in which the authors of the graffiti had moved, which was parked in the vicinity, being able to locate inside a backpack, two bags and two boxes containing another 31 cans of spray of varied colour.

All the material was intervened and, together with the proceedings for the facts, brought to justice for an alleged crime of damages.

The individuals were of Spanish nationality and residents in the provinces of Madrid and Alicante.

These important interventions confirm the constant work carried out by the Local Police of Lorca, through the different units in which it is organized and in the areas of prevention and operational response.
