By age, the Local Development Councilor reported that the greatest decrease occurred in the age range between 25 and 44 years, from the 2,089 registered in May to the 1,961 with which it closed in June.
It is also important to note the decrease in the number of unemployed persons under 25 years of age that has gone from 380 in June to 355 in the last month.
Casalduero Jódar explained that this is a decline in the rate of positive municipal unemployment but that "it is necessary to implement new policies of training, employment and promotion of labor integration to ensure that the number of unemployed in the city continues to decline. One of the main objectives of this new Government Team is to create job stability, end the seasonality of hiring and improve the quality of the contracts that are signed, thus ending temporary contracts ".
