From the municipal groups representing Socialist Party, Citizens, Popular Party, Izquierda Unida and Vox were concentrated to read the manifesto called "The voice of the white hands", sent by the Miguel Ángel Blanco Foundation, from the full conviction that Only through the defense of democratic values, of respect and coexistence in peace, can a free society be built.
