The Councilor for Transportation of the City of Lorca, Irene Jódar, has reported the changes in the route of the urban bus service during the Lorca Fair and Festivities.

Jódar has detailed that "on the occasion of the celebration of the Fair of Lorca and more specifically of the 'Day Fair' that takes place in the urban area of ​​the city and that produces the interruption of traffic in various streets, the bus service urban modifies the route in some of the lines ".

The Councilor explained that "specifically, we talk about lines 1 (Rafael Méndez hospital), 5 (Historic District and Castle) and 8 (Rio deputation connection) deviate from their usual route through the streets Santo Domingo, Lope Gisbert, Prince Alfonso and Santa Paula towards Juan Carlos I Avenue which, from today, Thursday, September 26 and until Sunday 29 ".

Jódar Pérez showed that "therefore, from 15 to 21 hours, travelers wishing to use this public service may do so at the Ramón Arcas, Las Columnas and Plaza Ovalo Institute stops. And, the usual stops of those three lines , in Santo Domingo, Correos and Plaza Colón are suspended during those four days during the aforementioned afternoon schedule. "

The Edil wanted to thank "the understanding of urban transport users who are affected by the change during these days of the Fair."
