"

The councilor of Finance has detailed that "the voluntary payment of the IBI that ended this next November 20, has been extended to December 20, and as for the payment of direct debits, which was scheduled for October 18, is extended one month, until November 18 ".

Abellán recalled that "it was the previous government team that set October 1 as the launch date for the payment of the second receipt of the Real Estate Tax (IBI) of the Personalized Payment Plan."

The mayor explained that "this receipt has already begun to be issued in a fractional manner, with the prorated share that corresponds to 50 percent of the IBI and will be charged during the months of October, November and December, since the plan of payments are annual, progressively charged throughout the year, and is not extendable.
