CECLOR considers the new extension of the loan granted by the European Investment Bank to be justified (23/10/2019)

CECLOR considers "very justified and good news" that the European Union's financial body has understood that the reconstruction, repair and urban regeneration of the city after the 2011 earthquakes have not yet been completed and has granted this moratorium.

The Confederation considers that the fact that there are still works pending reconstruction after the earthquakes more than motivates this extension, as well as justifying the claim of the IBI 50% bonus.

For this reason, CECLOR insists that the Government of Spain must understand, as European bodies have done, that the reconstruction of Lorca is not completed and articulate the formula necessary to maintain the 50% IBI bonus.
