The Councilor for Citizen Security of the City of Lorca, José Luis Ruiz Guillén, has presented the new steering wheel locking systems acquired by the city's Local Police Corps for vehicle immobilization.
Ruiz Guillén explained that "the Lorca Local Police Crowded Unit already has steering wheel locking systems to carry out, more effectively, the immobilizations of those vehicles with which infractions have been committed."
The Mayor of Citizen Security has detailed that "specifically, there have been three acquired locking systems and that it is made up of a bar and a clamp that is placed on the steering wheel of the vehicle in a way that prevents driving thanks to a padlock system ".
