The president of the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura (CHS), Mario Urrea, held a meeting this morning with the mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, during which the drafting of the draft projects of the Nogalte, Béjar and La Torrecilla, which would help mitigate the risk of flooding in the Guadalentín Valley.
The President has informed the mayor of Lorca that when the pre-projects of the dams are more advanced, a meeting will be convened to the neighborhood associations to transfer the information.
Likewise, he has also been informed of the impending tender by the basin agency of the project to provide connectivity with the Rambla de Viznaga from the Diputación de El Campillo.
Finally, several files in process at the basin agency have also been treated.
