Isidro Abellán recalled that "this budget modification has been proposed on the one hand to adapt the budget to the mandatory changes that we have to face as City Hall, such as maintenance contracts for sports facilities, parks and gardens, sources of ornaments, collection of animals on public roads, among others. "

Abellán Chicano has added that "it is also necessary to meet needs that have been demanded from us by the citizens, when we were in the opposition and also now that we are in the government team and that they are of imperative need. It is false as the opposition parties that we are going to do without items for Social Services, Women, Youth or Elderly. What has been done has been to adapt the budget to make it more in line with the needs of the different departments, of course, without undermine the services that this city council provides to citizens. "
