The Office of Social Services has advanced once the specifications have been drafted and, when they are complied with, all interested parties may submit the necessary documentation, which will be made public, to access the available municipal buildings.

The Councilor for Social Services of the City of Lorca, María Dolores Chumillas, has responded to the criticisms expressed by the United Left Green municipal group regarding the situation of families still residing in the prefabricated houses of the Sutullena council.

Chumillas has explained that "at present, there are eight families that are housed in prefabricated homes located in Sutullena, alternative means until the reconstruction of the San Fernando neighborhood for those who were recovering housing and were entitled."

The Edil has indicated "for the most part, they are families that were occupying homes in the San Fernando neighborhood, not owning them and, in some cases, being expropriated for not being able to prove ownership or not availing themselves of the reconstruction."

Chumillas Martínez has detailed that "three of the families lived and are accredited in San Fernando but in the same house with their parents so it would not be family units that resided in independent homes and another of them lacks, even, of Accreditation with registration of his residence in the district of San Fernando being the date of registration November 2011 ".

The Councilor for Social Services has stressed that "the majority of families staying there perform paid work and, in addition, are served by the Department of Social Services when they come with demand in the case they so require."

María Dolores Chumillas has advanced that "municipal technicians are working to establish equal criteria to request access to one of the municipal homes available in the San Fernando neighborhood and, of course, these families may attend once they are drafted the specifications and comply with them. "
