The Councilor for Education of the City of Lorca, Antonia Prez, has announced the name of the winners of the twelfth Story Contest 'Angeles Pascual Awards'.
Antonia Prez explained that "the jury composed for the election of the winning works submitted to the 12th Narration Contest for Secondary Education 'Angeles Pascual Award', organized by the Municipal Network of Libraries of Lorca, met last February 21 establishing the following concessions. "
"The prizes of Group A, corresponding to the students of 1st and 2nd of the ESO, the First Prize to Teresa Fernndez Pallars, 2nd of ESO of the IES Ramn Arcas Meca, for 'The trip of your life'; the second prize to Pablo Pizarro Gonzlez, from 1st ESO of IES Ramn Arcas, for 'Nubes Rojas' and third prize to Armando Martnez Piero, from 2nd ESO of Ciudad del Sol College, for 'Burned ice and frozen fire' ", as detailed by the mayor.
The councilor stressed that "the finalists of this group have been: Paula Martnez Bermejo, 2nd ESO of the IES Ramn Arcas Meca, for 'Once upon a time ... I don't know how to write a story'; Ainhoa Rodrguez Herrero, 1st ESO of IES San Juan Bosco, for 'Carta de Claire' and Vega Romera Rodrguez, of 2 ° ESO of IES Ramn Arcas Meca, for 'El kangaroo and the star'.
Prez Segura has announced that "the winners of Group B, for students of 3rd and 4th ESO, have been: with the first prize Carlos Martnez Garca, 3rd of ESO of the Ciudad del Sol College, for 'Women whispering' ; the second prize for Luca Nieto Quionero, from 4th ESO of the IES Ramn Arcas Meca, for 'Aphrodite' and the third prize for Helena Morote Prez, from 4th ESO of the San Francisco de Ass School, for 'Your life together to me'".
"And the finalists of this group have been: Daniel Snchez Campoy, from 4th ESO of the Ciudad del Sol School, for 'La Brezza'; Luz Ruiz Daz, from 4th ESO of the San Francisco de Ass College, for 'Forever in me 'and Marta Torrecillas Alabarta, from 4th ESO of IES Ramn Arcas Meca, for' The immigrant '".
The Councilor for Education has indicated that "to this edition a total of 214 stories have been submitted, by Centers, 120 of the IES Ramn Arcas, 57 of Colegio Ciudad del Sol; 22 of the Colegio San Francisco de Ass; 10 of the IES San juan Bosco, 4 of the IES Sierra de Almenara and 1 of the IES Prince of Asturias ".
Antonia Prez has highlighted "the large number of participants that the contest has had this year" and has been "very happy with the interest and the level shown with the narrations of all the participants".
