The Mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, has announced the delivery of 5,000 masks to the management of Area III of Health.

The First mayor stressed that "we are aware of the needs for material and protection that are occurring due to the pandemic that we are facing and, therefore, thanks to the collaboration of the Department of Health and Emergencies of Lorca we have been able to get 5,000 new protective masks that have already been delivered to the management of our Health Area and that will immediately begin to be distributed among the health personnel. "

Mateos Molina has detailed that "we continue working to be able to collaborate as much as possible with the tasks of supplying protective material to our toilets and we are waiting for more units to arrive at the Ministry of Health and continue distributing them between Autonomous Communities and Localities" .
