Starting today, the rest area for carriers and truckers is operational in the Francisco Artés Carrasco stadium (03/04/2020)

The mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, has reported that, as of today, Friday, April 3, the rest area has been set up in the facilities of the Francisco Artés Carrasco stadium in Lorca to meet the basic needs of cleanliness, hygiene and food for truckers and carriers that pass through the city.

The Mayor of Lorca has detailed that "these facilities, which have a parking area, toilets, showers, supplies with free food and drinks, will be open in two daily shifts, from Monday to Monday, from 12pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 10pm , for every worker who wants to stop at our facilities to eat or clean up, being aware of the situation they are living now with the closure of the service stations they used before the decree of alarm status. "

As for security measures, the First mayor has stated that "these facilities will be disinfected twice a day, and will have a concierge who will be available to users, who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations such as taking temperature before entering, disinfection of hands with hydroalcoholic gel and two-by-two entry to the changing rooms and toilets, as well as the correct use of the facilities. "
