Lorca City Council reports the appearance of the lifeless body of Francisco Martínez Díaz, a resident of Lorca, who disappeared on December 30 in the Los Vélez region.
Some farmers in the area alerted the Civil Guard first thing in the morning when they saw a vehicle at the bottom of a small ravine hidden under some trees in the municipality of Chirivel.
The members of the Civil Guard were traveling to the place and, after confirming that the victim in the vehicle was Francisco Martínez, the family was contacted to report the events.
From the Lorca City Council we want to convey our condolences to the victim's family and friends.
As well as thanking the Huércal Overa Civil Guard command for the great work and good coordination that they have maintained at all times with all the services involved in the search for our neighbor.
