The mayor of Health, José Ángel Ponce, has asked that "these tests arrive as soon as possible since it is not the time to trust us, nor to let our guard down, even though our municipality has better data on the rate of contagion of coronavirus compared to other areas of health of the Region ".
The Councilor for Health of the City of Lorca, José Ángel Ponce, has claimed, this morning, the regional government and the Murcian Health Service that "the rapid test tests are expanded and also reach the health centers of the municipality of Lorca as it has already begun to do with those of Murcia, Cartagena and Molina de Segura ".
The mayor of Health has stressed that "this requirement to the regional Government is made from the most absolute loyalty and responsibility, since we are at a crucial moment in this battle in which we cannot trust or lower our guard, something that we have very of course from the City Council, since it is not time to skimp on a single resource that is necessary to deal with this health emergency situation.From the City of Lorca we encourage the regional government not to skimp on preventive means, since it is being demonstrating that they are giving very good results in the municipality ".
In this sense, José Ángel Ponce has asked "the same commitment to the regional government, since we have learned in the words of the Health Minister, Manuel Villegas, that these first rapid tests were going to be applied also in the Health centers of Murcia, Cartagena and Molina de Segura, forgetting in an incomprehensible way the municipality of Lorca among the main cities of our Region ".
Ponce has pointed out that "but that in Lorca we have lower contagion rates with respect to other localities, it does not mean that we are different from the rest of the municipalities in the Region.
