Thus, a second phase of the service is activated with the aim of offering advice and emotional support in the different situations that citizens face as a result of the coronavirus. The Councilor for Emergencies of the City of Lorca, Isabel Casalduero, has reported the expansion of the psychological and emotional support service, launched on the occasion of the health crisis caused by the coronavirus, to the entire population. Casalduero explained that "from the Emergency Service of the Lorca City Council we have started a second phase of the psychological and emotional support service, extending it to the general population, especially those directly affected by Covid-19 and family members." The Edil has detailed that "interested people can request this service either on the web www.emergencias.lorca.es, through a simple application form, or sent a WhatsApp message to the phone number 628695957 and, once sent, a psychologist will contact to make an appointment online.

" Casalduero Jódar has pointed out that "it is about expanding the counseling and psychological and emotional support service to the entire population of Lorca affected directly or indirectly by the coronavirus.

This is to offer the possibility of counseling and emotional support in different situations to that we citizens face as a consequence of the coronavirus, from the loss of a loved one without being able to say goodbye or attend the funeral, to anxiety or fear, going through the situation of confinement ". The Councilor for Emergencies has indicated that "we want to reaffirm our commitment to our citizens in very difficult times and, therefore, we have mobilized this counseling device consisting of 5 psychologists from different specialties and will be coordinated by a psychologist specializing in crisis situations and emergencies.

" Isabel Casalduero has revealed that "thus, we expanded the provision of care for psychologists who for several weeks have offered this psychological support service to professionals who, daily, face the Covid-19 in our municipality."
