The Mayor of Lorca has indicated that "we are going to wait for the publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia to know all the details but, a priori, it is an example of how the State Administration, the Autonomous Community and the Local Administration When they collaborate together and go hand in hand, the best results can be obtained.

" The mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, has been very satisfied with the decision to archive the justification files for home repair and rehabilitation of the aid granted after the 2011 earthquakes. Mateos explained that "from the City of Lorca we value very positively the decision to archive all justification files for repair and rehabilitation pending earthquake aid from the Ministry of Development." " Mateos Molina explained that "we hope that this is, finally, the definitive folder to this situation and that we can gradually close, after 8 years, the open wounds of the earthquakes." The Mayor of Lorca has revealed that "this is good news, very good news, that we are going to hope that it will be reflected in the official documentation to know all the details and that, once and for all, we proceed to the archive of these files.

The files for the reconstruction of homes are still pending and we hope that they will have the same sensitivity when it comes to solving the problem since the Ministry of Public Works has extended the term to 2023.
