Isabel Casalduero has revealed "it is an information and advisory service in the face of aid and measures that we have implemented from the Lorca City Council but also from the regional and national administrations". The Councilor for Local Development of the City of Lorca, Isabel Casalduero, has reported the implementation of face-to-face care in the Office of Orientation and Advice to citizens. Casalduero explained that "starting next Monday, May 18, in-person attention is opened to citizens who have been affected by the health crisis, in the Orientation and Advice office of the Department of Employment and Development Local". The Edil has detailed that "in this Office will be informed of the aid and measures that have been put in place from the national, regional and local administrations on the occasion of the health crisis caused by the coronavirus and to which individual persons as well as the Self-employed can welcome and SMEs that have also been affected by this pandemic.

" Casalduero Jódar has indicated that "the hours of attention to the public will be from 8:30 to 13:30 hours and will be attended by appointment so it will be necessary to call 968464122". The Councilor for Local Development has reiterated that "interested persons may continue to pose their queries through the email info.emprender@lorca.es or by calling the same phone number from 9 am to 2 pm".
