The muBBla opens its doors and the Chapel of the Rosary is adorned with solidarity carnations (31/05/2020)

The Paso Blanco Embroidery Museum will reopen next Saturday, June 6 after taking all necessary measures to guarantee the safety of visitors and volunteers of the muBBla.After this reopening of the museum, three days of open doors have been organized throughout the Santo Domingo Monumental Complex so that Lorca can visit the Virgen de la Amargura.

The Chapel of the Rosary will be decked out with 7,000 carnations, since the brotherhood promised to make all the virtual carnations with which the whites helped to acquire the 2,000 FFP3 masks that were delivered to the Rafael Méndez Hospital during confinement.In this way, on June 7, 8 and 9, the Chapel and the Museum will be open from 11 a.m.

to 1.30 p.m.

in the morning, and from 6 p.m.

to 8 p.m.

in the afternoon, thus covering the time slots allocated young and old.

The circuit will include the entrance through the Rosario Chapel and the exit through the muBBla and it will be controlled at all times that the capacity and safety distances are respected.

Similarly, the use of banks will not be allowed nor will any specific act be carried out to prevent the accumulation of people.

All these measures have been consulted with the local police to ensure maximum security.The Paso Blanco Embroidery Museum will remain open during its normal hours, from 10:30 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, and will have all the security measures so that visitors can enjoy our embroideries with complete peace of mind.

Protective screens have been purchased for reception, in which hydroalcoholic gel will be available.

In addition, a mandatory route has been established that will be marked with vinyls, in the same way that the safety distances that must be maintained both at the reception and in each of the showcases will be.In this way, the Paso Blanco opens its doors to invite all Lorca and visitors to enjoy its artistic and religious heritage.
