The councilor for Health, Squares and Markets of the City of Lorca, José Ángel Ponce has reported on the news regarding the celebration, this Thursday, June 4, of the weekly Market of the Huerto de la Rueda, which is open to the public at 8 from morning to 14 hours.

The mayor of Health and Markets has also added that "the adaptation of the facilities of the Huerto de la Rueda that has been carried out, according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Autonomous Community for this phase 2, with a single point of entry and exit located at the main gate of the Huerto de la Rueda, the other entrances to the site being canceled and closed.

" Ponce Díaz recalled that "merchants will continue to have access through the main gate of the Huerto de la Rueda from 7 am to 8 am.

At 8 am the entrance door will be open to the public.

In the case of footwear and headgear, disposable socks and hats or a plastic bag will be provided to carry out the test, discarding them at the end of the test. As for users, they must access the weekly market through the front door, using a mask.

Gloves and hydroalcoholic gel will be supplied before accessing them, and when they leave the premises they must deposit the used gloves in the containers provided for this purpose.

In addition, at the entrance there are informative posters of the hygiene procedures published by the health authorities, calling for collaboration and monitoring of the regulations, among which it is important to respect the social distance of two meters. Finally, once the Market is finished, it will be cleaned by both merchants and by operators of the municipal cleaning company, Limusa, and the entry of outside personnel is prohibited.
